Through a small dose of plant medicine, we will forge an inward connection with the subtleties of the body and move energy through yoga and breathwork. We will conclude with a journaling session and a group sharing circle.

A Weekend of Yoga, Rest & Self-Compassion
LOVE MY BODY is an intimate weekend retreat created for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience healing from the inside out. Over three nourishing days, you'll be guided through yoga, meditation, breathwork, journaling, and meaningful sisterhood in a peaceful natural setting designed to support deep rest and renewal.
Hosted by mother-daughter yoga teachers Trinity Faith and Krishaunda Jackson, this retreat offers a beautiful balance of dynamic movement and gentle restoration. Together, they bring two generations of yogic wisdom, creating a space where every woman is welcomed exactly as she is.
During the Retreat You'll Experience
Daily yoga practices (Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, & More)
Guided meditation, breathwork, & journaling

🚘 Transportation
Attendees are responsible for securing their own transportation. There are 6 parking spots available. Please let us know how you plan to arrive. Carpool options may be avaliable.

Deposit: $350 upfront to secure your spot. This amount is deducted from the total cost of the retreat and is non-refundable.
Final Balance: Full payment due by March 1st, 2027.

Cancellation Policy: This is a nonrefundable retreat. In the event that the host has to cancel the retreat, all monies paid, minus the deposit, are refundable. The deposit can be used towards a future retreat.
